The centuries-old country house is respectfully renovated and elegantly styled while offering you the modern comfort and amenities of an adults-only boutique hotel. The SOEDER Countryhouse is a marriage of Nordic design and refined country style where small details make a big difference.

We are passionate about food and drink, which is why both play such an important role at our connoisseur hotel. Bjäre´s excellent culinary variety, including the first vintages of the wine pioneers on the peninsula, was a decisive element when we were looking for the perfect place to turn our dream into a reality. Don´t miss a joyful evening at the SOEDER Kitchen that ends late with countless empty plates, uncorked bottles, and shared stories.

As our hotel is nearly fully booked and we only have 8 places in our restaurant, we have limited possibilities to welcome external guests for dinner.
