LIVING ROOM
In the summer, life happens in our garden; in the winter our cozy lobby becomes your rural living room. Here you can cuddle up on the sofa with a soft wool blanket and a glass of meditation wine, listen to the crackling fire, and browse through a selection of books from our little library.

At SOEDER Countryhouse, you decide when you would like us to prepare your first meal of the day. Just have a seat, relax, and enjoy the rural view with a first cup of freshly brewed coffee while we serve you breakfast using our very own honey, homemade jam, juice from our apples, creamy Skåne yogurt with barrel-aged maple syrup, free-range eggs from the neighboring farm, buns from the artisanal baker in Torekov, and smoked Bjäre ham. Our breakfast reflects our cooking philosophy based on incorporating the most genuine and natural ingredients, starting in our garden and cellar and continuing around the peninsula.
